2. You can now use the search feature toward the top left of the customer grid to find the customer using their name or any other information stored on the customer's profile. ie. email address, company name, physical address
3. Once the customer is visible, you can either double click their name or click on their name to select the customer then click on the Details tab to instantly view all information under the customer's profile.
